Chris Meloni Attends Bob Woodruff Benefit

Chris Meloni (Law & Order SVU), along with his wife Sherman, attended the 2nd Annual "Stand Up For Heroes: A Benefit for the Bob Woodruff Foundation", which was held on November 5 at Town Hall, 123 West 43rd Street in New York City.

ABC correspondent Bob Woodruff and his wife Lee, held the benefit to raise money for injured troops returning from the Iraq war. Woodruff himself was severely injured, along with Canadian cameraman Doug Vogt, while covering the war near Baghdad on Jan. 29, 2006. Woodruff has since recovered.
