Linus Roache (Law & Order) has joined the cast of the pilot for the HBO series “The Miraculous Year.” The series is an examination of New York family, seen through the eyes of a charismatic, self-destructive Broadway composer (played by Eddie Redmayne). I can't imagine that the potential AMC deal is going to work out if you start to lose major members of the cast. I can't blame any of them for looking for other work though, because the odds have been against Law & Order getting picked up by another network since the beginning.
