Rene Balcer, who has a long (producing/showrunning) history with the Law & Order brand, will head up a new series, “Le Grand.” The series will star French acting legend Jean Reno, and is described as a "character-driven crime series featuring Reno as a pitiless elite cop who stops at nothing to solve mysterious murder cases."
