The filmmakers will compete for $44,500 in prizes at the 2008 Tribeca All Access Creative Promise Awards, presented April 25 during the Tribeca Film Festival.

This year the program will add Tribeca All Access on Track, which will provide year-round filmmaking equipment and support to TAA alumni. there are three films from TAA alumni --
Engi Wassef's "Marina of the Zabbaleen," Dawn Valadez and Kristi Guevara-Flanagan's "Going on 13," and Makoto Sasa's "Fire Under the Snow" -- premiering in this year's Tribeca Film Festival.

The program is a collaboration between the Tribeca Film Institute, U.K. Film Council, Australian Film Commission and Canadian Film Centre. “
