Law & Order creator and Executive Producer Dick Wolf and his wife, Noelle, are the proud parents of a baby boy, named Rex. Associated Press reports that “Publicist Pam Golum says the baby was born Monday in Los Angeles, weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce” and that "everyone is doing well." Dick and Noelle also have a two year old daughter, Zoe.
